This organisation has had it's accounts qualified for at least nine years past, and if a commercial concern like ENRON would probably now be in the courts on a charge of fraud. Is this what one wants, when it is costing, so I am told, every man, woman and child in UK £10 per week ??

On the subject of fraud, we have two other frauds now in Brussels, Blair [Iraq fraud] and Bush [in the past close to ENRON and Oil matters]. One is happenstance, two a coincidence, three is too much !!
