Default Speakers at meetings

There is a meeting in Stone next week and one of the speakers is for the fathers for justice. I don’t know what he is speaking about but what I would like to know, should our party align it self to certain causes. Should we for example have Speakers from the pro-hunting? Would this not alienate us from the opposing groups?

I don't mind the fathers for justice guys. They have got a real point, as I believe most people agree with in this country. UKIP should stand up for anyone who is being prejudiced against. As for a formal alliance, well perhaps not. F4J is a little too direct in what they do to be aligned with us, but we should certainly talk to them and cooperate on certain things.

As for the hunting, I think they should let them speak, but it would be nice to allow an anti-hunt speaker have their say too. I know there are people on both sides within UKIP.

Our policy will be, and I speak as the next Prime Minister.

We will have referndums on issues such as these and it will be up to both sides to present their case to the public as best they can.

We will facilitate debate.

The Swiss use referendums to good effect and as a consequence they take a much greater interest in the governence of their country, (I do find it hard to use the Swiss as an example... as Orsen Wells said, 2,000 years of civilisation, 1,000 years without a war and what have they come up with - cookoo clocks... and of course now Cheese fondue - I mean whats that all about... dipping tiny pieces of toast INTO phpbb_melted cheese? - a KEBAB - thats a real drinking mans answer to the munchies or better still that old fashioned traditional english dish Chicken Tikka Masala).
