Default Constitutional amendments
Though I will be dazzlingly impressed if any of you know this, as you've been very helpful in the past I thought I may as well try...

In the UKIP constitution (http://www.ukipforum.co.uk/party-consitution.html), at the bottom, it states that the constitution has been amended in January 2001, June 2003, December 2003 and February 2004.

If anyone knows what these amendements were I would be extremely grateful and impressed!
