I've read on this forum many times that there will be a UKIP leadership election next year; but I'm still not sure whether Knapman is allowed to stand or not?
UKIP consitution states that the leadership term is 4 years, but doesn't specify whether the incumbent can be re-elected. Can anyone clairify this for me? |

The fact it doesn't say he can't be re-elected, means you can assume that he can! We are a can-do party!
Whether he will stand again is another matter all together!
