Is the Title MEP correct?

If as we say we are NOT "ANTI EUROPEAN - ANTI EUROPE", we are anti "European Union" then surely the Title

..........."Member of the European Parliament" ....MEP

is not correct and this should be Changed in all of printed material that is associated with UKIP.

The title should be MEUP, Member of the European Union Parliament.

so what I am saying is "We have 10 UKIP MEUP's"

Are there any other titles etc that need changing?

After listening to the sky news today, the presenters continued to call us anti European every time UKIP was mentioned.

They also said that we had as much chance of getting a seat in parliament as Nigel farrage had of stopping Smoking so come on Nigel Either give it up or send us some DUTY FREE's

Other than that it was a little bit of coverage that has got a debate going on through the sky news e-mails

I watched "This Week" last night, with Michael Portillo and Diane Abbott. Michael said that Howard and the Tories were worried about the influence of UKIP and the BNP (linking us together as usual). Members of these andti-European parties were seen as racist.

If I can find an e-mail address for the programme, I will complain.

I thought that I had actualy Found something serious to talk about with the question of:

You are absolutely correct, and I am training myself to always call it the EU Parliament. It is not a European Parliament.

Well I dont Know, after trying to Edukate people about the title of MEUP and European Union parliament I got my Independence news and the first thing I checked was the Abbreviations and low and behold they are still there.

MEP.......MEUP

European parliament.........European Union Parliament

how many countries in Europe that are not in the club?

Switzerland I know of!

also the letters were a bit tame :wink:

Oh I forgot about the European Union commission :P
