You aren't going to win any friends by using the word "sodomite"; it sounds judgemental of his sexuality. Gay will suffice. If you have to bring it up, just say that he has been convicted of lewd acts with male prostitutes twice.

That is my thought on the matter anyway

Not all folks who indulge in such acts are homosexuals.

If one says "lewd acts with male prostitutes" folks will wonder what those lewd acts were.
Folks should be informed.
This is the information age - freedom of.

Which reminds me ... a certain council in Kent received a telephone enquiry:

"Who is the officer concerned with Freedom of Information please?"

"Sorry, I'm not allowed to say."

Mmmmmmm

This has just rerminded me of my trip to Australia. I vistited the Mardi Gras gay and lesbian festival. It was a pretty colourful affair, not everyones cup of tea I would imagine.

Anyway, one of the floats had a big tub of vegimite on it, only the word vegimite was replaced with sodomite. All the men and women were dancing around in not many clothes and having a good time.

In other words, if they are happy with the term, then so should everyone else be!

It is a case of PC infestation I am afraid. I had to think about it for a while, so it just goes to show how we have all been brainwashed to some degree!

Not at all correct.

Some who practice such behaviour are not necessarily gay and those who are gay do not necessarily practice such behaviour.

I will write the truth no matter whom it supports or does not support.
Especially when writing about things within my area of expertise
