Yes I do agree! A real conflict of interests if that is what he is doing!

Though I can see why Balkans states would be advised to join, while we would not. After all we have a lot to lose, have they?

My opinion is they shouldn't join either, as they will regret selling their sould to Big Brother in the end.

Do you have some good links where it says Dick Morris is doing that?

I thought Dick Morris was good too.

You could see that the other 3 were a bit gobsmacked when he told them that UKIP came top in 25 Constituencies in the Euro Elections, and got the second highest vote overall.

He told them that the majority of our support in the election wouldn't come from taking votes from them, but from the 41% who were so turned off by politics they wouldn't bother voting for the main 3 parties.

He told Lembit Opik that if they changed their message on the EU to getting out, they might well win enough seats to form a Government. His face was a picture.

The Tory was David Cameron who is being groomed to take over from Michael Howard. He looked a bit disturbed when Dick told him that M.Howard was just rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic whilst the ship is sinking!!!

The Labour guy didn't have much to say

Default Dick Morris

I have read an interview with Dick Morris on the BBC news web site where he says
UKIP's secret weapon?
Quote:
Look, we are not going to be forming the next government," he said. Neither does UKIP have to fight every seat.
As with the 2004 US presidential election, he says, the outcome will be decided by a small number of swing seats - just as he believes it will in Britain.
So, with limited resources, the aim is to target those seats and end the day with a significant group in the Commons.
Nice to see who is making party decisions?

And another thing:-

Quote:
So is UKIP's job to destroy the Tories, as former member Robert Kilroy-Silk once notoriously declared?

"No. The aim of UKIP is to withdraw from the EU and if it has any relation to the Tories it is to stiffen the Tories' spine on the issue by having a large enough UKIP vote so that we move the Tories in the direction they are refusing to move.

Mr Morris was instrumental in Bill Clinton's electoral success
"But it's not just to shift the Tories. I think UKIP had a huge amount to do with Tony Blair's decision to hold a referendum on the European constitution and I think it had a huge amount to do with his refusal to go INTO phpbb_the euro".
So, Dick Morris, Knapman's advisor, has, in one day, changed the parties position on opposing the Tories and stated publicly that "its not JUST to shift the tories"

Perhaps it is true then, the direction of UKIP leadership is to move the tories to embracing eurosceptiscm publicly, and once this happens then UKIP's (or rather Knapman/Farages) job will be done.

It explains a lot, and may be the rest of us are beginning to see what RKS and those close to the party, but honest, have been trying to tell us for some time now.

Anyone got any better explanation?
