What do you mean by 'existing manifesto'? The 2001 manifesto? There isn't one for 2005 yet.

Thats the one he meant then I guess!

I wonder when the other parties are going to release theirs? I am getting leaflets from the Libs and Cons already! Seems a bit weird that they are campaigning already, with no manifesto and no election date!

I've read it...In the absence of any other, the 2001 is the manifesto...

One obvious contradiction is that it states the party is in favour of remaining in the ECHR...

The ECHR and its unelected academics (and sometimes real judges) interferes with the laws of this country (both before and after the HR Act)

The ECHR is the fountain of political correctness in which elected MPs can wash away their sins by abdicating responsibilty for any change in the law.
