Default Passports

As a random thought and perhaps a policy idea - can UKIP agree to abolish the ****, tiny, purple passport and replace with a proper size, Royal Blue, impressive 'Great Britain' passport like we had in the good old days?

A surefire vote winner!

We need to do some symbolic things like this. As a message of us taking our country back!

I hear that in future, in order to obtain a passport, an interview will be necessary.

"You mean," I gasped "folks will have to travel to London from all over the UK for a freakin' interview just to get a passport?"

"No. There will be centres set up all over the country"

New, staffed govt. buildings all over the UK - how can the expense be justified?

Unless it is in preparation for I.D. Cards ?

Yup. Thing is, though, at the moment passports may be obtained by post.

If folks are going to have interviews - either they will incur some severe travelling expnses or, as I suspect, there will be numerous locl offices set up.

>shrug< wait and see.
I already have a passport (unused) and any communiction sent to me re I.D. cards will more'n likely get lost in the post

Chill ...

Presumably at interview you will be given the opportunity to have a free fingerprinting, have your eyeballs photographed, and explain why it is that you are still in the country after having been refused entry four years ago...
