we see that sky have landed another coup, in that they will now also be dominating cricket coverage in the future.
I think it is disgraceful that this should be allowed to happen. What about the pensioners ? The majority of pensioners can not afford to subscribe to Sky, and now it seems they will see even less sport on terrestrial TV. Should Sky be forced to offer a special - very low - discounted rate to pensioners ? After all, they are always bragging about the profits they make ! Let them put something back INTO phpbb_society ! |

Mmmm, not sure about that. It would be nice if Sky offered pensioners a deal, but forcing them to do so seems a bit out of order to me. I would prefer that certain sporting events, involving the home nations and prestigeous national events, such as the FA cup, be shown on terrestrial television. You wouldn't have to buy Sky to watch the cricket or whatever then!
