This may seem obvious, but for us total beginners;
How does the voting actually work? Is it of all members or just the members who attend? If it is by the members at the conference, how is the vote made, by show of hands, ballot box? Are motions passeed by simple majority? |

Any EGM would take a lot of time and money to organise. Every branch will have to hold a local EGM before this to see if their members want a national one. It would leave us very little time to fight the general election.
