Default EU Facts

A study by the pro-EU Institute of Directors puts the annual cost to the UK at £15 billion.
Since joining our EU 'partners' have sold us £200 billion more than we have sold them. When they talk about the loss of jobs, if we leave, you will now know what they really mean!
We have no real say in how the EU is run. Even if ALL the British MEPs voted together, they would be powerless to block laws harmful to the UK.

I would be interested to hear any comments from any pro-EU supporters or others who disagree with the above points. I would like to use this info in the election, so I want to get all my facts right!

Since when has the IoD become pro-EU?

I have been a member for many years and certainly whilst Ruth Lea was there most of the analyses were againstEU and its costs.

IoD members are mostly from small businesses who groan under the weight of EU bureaucracy.
