John Major (remember him?) recently attacked UKIP claiming it was a one issue party, like the BNP, wasted vote and so on and so on. Where have we heard that rubbish before? I used to live near Major and met him a few times (don't hold that against me!). He always struck me as a weak and incompetant man. His only aim was to get to the top of the pole and stay there. He cared nothing for his country and saw it only as a means to further his own sordid ambitions. He was one of the worst leaders we have ever had and should be hated by all for allowing Blair to get his grubby hands on power. If he had been patriotic, taken us out of the EU and put the British people first we would have been saved the pain of having that traitor Blair as PM. It just shows you how bankrupt and pathetic the Tories are for deciding to wheel out that fool in order to state their case. If Major is one of Howard's main spokesmen it shows you how desperate they are. We are sure to smash them at next election.
