People first, politicians second, not the other way around!
I believe that a unique selling point the other parties don't have is an objective to be honest, straight, honourable and morally upstanding. If we could convince the electorate that that means somethings special to us, that UKIP politicians won't be duplicitous liars that won't be pinned down, then we will streak miles ahead of the other parties. It does mean that officers and leading members need to agree a charter on behaviour and values so that there is no argument when a UKIP politician breaches that standard. Lets get back to the days when a politician caught with his pants down behind the bicycle shed resigns out of shame rather than has to be sacked. And we should never expel anyone, we are a party for all Britons and the only qualification to be a member is to be British. If someone breaches UKIPs code then they cannot hold office, but we should not expel them.
