Lord Stoddart, the anti-EU independent Labour Peer, complained to the Chairman of the BBC about pro-EU bias in the edition of Question Time broadcast on 13.12.2007 (the day Brown signed the EU Constitution/Lisbon Treaty). The panel was mostly europhile - not one declared eurosceptic or anti-EU person was invited on the programme on that day as a guest.

No - they regard the BBC (Brussels Broadcasting Corporation) as their mouthpiece.

I am surprised Question Time had Melanie Phillips on - considering she is strongly eurosceptic. I notice that the BBC never seem to invite her on when the EU is the subject of one of the questions from the audience.

Melanie is also anti-abortion you will be very pleased to hear, RJT.

That Bishop or whatever he was they had on turned my stomach with his totally PC multiculturalist defence of cative Rowan Williams remarks about the barbaric system of justice known as Sharia.

Perhaps someone should chop his right hand off without the benefit of anaesthetic, then we'll see what he thinks of sharia.

I too think QT is rigged in favour of Europhiles, it is also noticeable how often Dimbleboor tries to protect his pannelists from awkward or embarassing questions.
