Got this mail from RDF media looking for competitors for WIFE SWAP. Must be politically active. UKpopdems may be desperate for media attention, but not THAT desperate. But some of you guys in this forum overfond of your own opinions might want to lap this up. Go on, give us a laugh!!

This is a bit of a strange request - I hope you don’t mind, but I thought you might be able to help.

I am writing from RDF Television where I am looking for contributors for the award winning Channel 4 series Wife Swap. The series revolves around the idea that two families swap mums for a week to experience life in another house and to teach this house something new.

For our new series we are very keen to find a family where the parents have very strong political beliefs (whatever they may be) and this informs the way they lives their life, and run their household. We are looking for people who are passionate about making the world around them a better place and campaigning for issues close to their heart.

I was wondering whether you could think of anyone in UKpopdems that might fit this bill, or whether you would be able to circulate this email amongst your members? Anyone who is even slightly curious about appearing on the show, and having an excellent forum to share their beliefs should get in touch with me on 020 7013 4362 or laura.jackson@rdfmedia.com. There is absolutely no obligation at this stage

To be eligible to apply there must be two adults living in the home and at least one child above the age of 5.

I'd do it, but my wife died years ago and my daughter has grown up. Why would a family man be on a forum like this? A lot of people who post here are swivel eyed loons attached to their computers and with no real life. Who would marry and procreate with some of the posters on this forum?
