16-20 about four years ago on new years, I was as sick as a dog for several days afterwards.
Old age and dry rot now means that when I go out, it's just for a quiet 15 pints or so.
In the old days I drank more.
It's not very lady like drinking pints.
So nil pints for me

About a third of a bottle of Southern Comfort (in about an hour) was enough to put me off that particular drink for life.

I keep having bad experiences with Strongbow, but just can't say no to it. I'd turn down Michelle McManus before I'd turn down a pint of Strongbow.
I stopped drinking several years ago because my sense of taste seemed to change and I didn't like the taste of alcohol any more. BUT I still go to the pub to watch Darwin's theories go into reverse as intelligent humans head back to the primordial soup level of coherent thought, Bless em.
I have had 6 bottles of wine a few times in a short session
one pint of 5% alc beer = 0.568 x 0.05 = 0.0284 litres of alcohol
6 bottles is 6 x 0.75 x 0.13 = 0.585 which is the equivalent to 20.6 pints - having said that must have done more in the old days. Remember going out for lunch when living in France and returning at 2am
10 has always been an absolute maximum for me. Usually a few less than that and I feel sick.
