Well beggar me what on earth gave you that idea? How can anyone find anything wrong with a ball of petrified puke covered in crumbs and baked for three years. Removing every molecule of moisture before the gas can be injected, as it will instantly turn to a raw sewerage goo when exposed to damp.

But I'm with you on the lambs' tongues, any tongue for that matter. We had it when I was growing up and I thought it disgusting then. I still do.

Quite a number were featured. The one with the three peas was for artistic effect but it was accepted for publication by one of the "serious" foodie places.
As a meal, it wasn't quite enough to satisfy the average appetite.....![]()
