Palm oil is another that is bad for us, I was looking at the ingredients of some olive oil spread I have today and it contains palm oil, won't be buying it again. Another is Aspartame, I buy Schweppes bitter lemon but the supermarket own brand (cheaper) bitter lemon and other fizzy drinks all contain Aspartame.

Poor people suffer most as they will buy cheaper brands. All in all, supermarkets are bad for our health. So are carbs, our bodies don't need them, we need protein, fat (butter), vegetables and water. And Vodka.
I may be overstating this or be plain wrong but I buy a lot from lidl and aldi and there seems to be more products with less chemicals added, but you have to go for the brands you dont know. You should still READ the lables of course.

the only other thing I can think of is to look at soluble paracetamol checking the strength and adding it to a drink

Well, if it doesn't go bad, why would ours have a best before date and a requirement to keep it in the refrigerator?
Like others it is an emulsified blend of vegetable oil and other things.
Mrs B is a keen cook and has quite a variety of vegetable and olive oils. All have sell by or use by dates.

Oddly, or perhaps not oddly, I couldn't see one on the pickling vinegar.
Flies don't like vinegar. It doesn't appear to go bad.
To take the logic of the margarine, it has to be iffy stuff doesn't it?

I seem to remember one of the TV Chefs saying something to the effect that genuine margarine (old type) is no longer on sale in Britain, and most of the modern spreads are reasonably healthy. But he felt butter tasted better, looked better, cooked better, and was 100% natural and harmless when consumed in sensible amounts and has been proven to be of benefit to older males for some reason or other.

The Germans are more health concious generally i do believe, even their beer has to be produced from natural ingredients only, ie no chemicals, (the German beer purity law, or Reinheitsgebowhich) is y why German beer is probabl the best beer in the world.

I can tell you that you will not find bad German beer and i should know, i think i have tried every one....or at least every one my brother has heard of. He lived in Germany for quite a wile and he would bring me a different crate of German beer for me to try every time he came home.

A great country is Germany, their government actually cares about the German people, unlike the British/Zionist cabal that now runs Britain, which is why the racist pigs British government puts other people before Brits.

If you decide to leave this racist governed sh-t hole Britain, you could do much worse than go to Germany, in fact you could not make a better move....... although having said that, Merkal is i think starting to show signs of following Blairs/Browns racist tactics. She certainly needs keeping an eye on guys, trust a women to screw up a damn good country, Thatcher did it here and its looking as though perhaps???? Merkal might??? do it over there.
