I know someone (!) near there who let their grass grow real tall and then cut it. I know that there were at least 2 slow worms chopped up, which I believe is a 2 x £5,000 fine.

Now hang on. This is the stretch of the A338 where it turns off from the A31. That is not the only road into Bournemouth and is not the reason why shops are suffering. They might want to look at Castlepoint Shopping Centre for that. I sometimes go to Castlepoint but never into Bournemouth.

Now Castlepoint is off the A338 but I don't hear them complaining too much.

Why would anyone want to flog into the centre of town to go to Beales? Why would anyone go to Boscombe (a lovely place where I was born)? Castlepoint has lots and lots of free parking and most of the shops that people want.
