Default Scottish NHS to scrap car parking charges
On the news today there was an announcement to the effect that as from November this year the Scottish NHS will scrap hospital car parking charges:
Wales - No hospital car parking charges
Scotland - No hospital car parking charges
England - £1.20 per hour (Portsmouth). anyone know of any other area where charges are gtreater?

More division within the United (haha) Kingdom - the quicker it breaks up the better.

Interesting that you quote Portsmouth (St Mary's and QA) my home town.

You wouldn't come from there by any chance?

Renegade nothing.
A sense of fairness and having always been a champion of the underdog, has guided me, post devolution, to side with the EDP.
