Hey, Trot.

I like my own folks best.

Just like you like your folks best.

You got used to sneering, I guess, and it's automatic now.

The problem with calling people bigots or using various PC terms to stop debate like racist or homophobe is that it makes it look as if they can not answer the other person's viewpoint without abuse.
My use of the term "Cultural Marxism" has been problematical. You commented that it is PC Liberalism. Yes, It is more or less interchangable with that term. I use it because it emphasises the revised Marxism that is spread through the culture instead of economics. PC is false liberalism and replaced that ideology in the 60.s and 70's when the students took over the colleges and universities. The example of the doctrine replacintg the old was that individual rights were changed to group rights in order to privilege ethnics, women and gays. They are classed as victims and we oppressers and that justifies it. An example is Harriet Harman changing the law to give ethnics and women preferential treatment over white men in employment. Or the police supporting Roma gypsies over law abiding people.

I refer you to a book by an old liberal that Anthony Butcher recommends in the recommended books section: "Retreat from Reason" by Anthony Brown. I would add to that :"The Politics of the Forked Tongue" by Aidan Rankin.

I'm no PC liberal, that doesn't mean I believe that bigotry doesn't actually exist though. There are still forms of bigotry that I see and bigots and I don't generally have much time for these if these belief are discriminatory and based on ignorance and/or untruth like saying homosexuality is sick or black people are stupid. You can appeal to tradition and other such things but you have to actually spell out a decent argument rather than just spewing out discrimination based on what looks like little more than personal dislike, ignorance and in some cases dishonesty.

Group rights are nothing new, the idea of pluralism or the autonomy of natural and voluntary associations like kinship, local community, church etc etc is key to alot of conservatism and other ideologies and was the building blocks of medieval sovereignty.

I still don't get the exact relation to Marxism, I know alot of the New left, and I'm not sure alot at the time were part of the "PC crowd", had Marxist and radical associations but other than that I don't see the relationship. People make strange leaps like Marcuse, despite being almost an anarchist, was a force behind PC nanny statism without really showing how they worked all this out.

I like my own folk best as well but that doesn't mean I make ignorant discriminatory comments about other folks.

I'm for cutting immigration but I still don't think bigoted comments against immigrants are needed.

If you are trying to make a point out of that Non Sequitur it would be logically fallacious. But heck why ruin the habits of a lifetime now.

Beneath all these apparently morally superior and virtuous beliefs in "Equality" and "Racial Harmony", lies a prejudice in favour of other ethnic groups and a concomitant prejudice against their own people on behalf of our ruling elites and their followers.
