Anyway it does not help your argument, if pain is completely subjective and immeasurable and can't even be estimated then you can't prove the Halal/JKosher method causes more pain than stunning method or even that beating or burning the animal to death causes more pain.

Even if you were correct about measuring pain then you'd loose the main argument because you couldn't prove Halal/kosher is more painful than stunning.

IF PAIN CANNOT BE MEASURED AT ALL THEN IT MEANS YOU CANNOT PROVE IT IS PAINLESS OR PAINFUL.

Anyway we are not just talking about measuring pain but seeing if it was there at all. The stunning method produced electrical impulses which signified pain, the halal/kosher method did not, there was no pain in the latter method to measure.

"If" It means that where it is used, it makes certain words/phrases
conditional, but thanks for reminding me, I typed that myself
by the way, and didn't rely on a cut and paste job from Google
or another on-line source to help me in my ignorance.
You carry on digging that hole mate, it's quite deep

The bottom line is that you can't beat a good steak.

It's rightly said that if animals weren't meant to be eaten they wouldn't be made out of meat, and since it's a bit uncouth in most quarters to take a bite out of a passing cow as long as the buggers are killed before grilled, so what.

The REAL issue on this thread relates to another animal, this time a pig, who has abused and insulted British kids, and in so doing and by the nature of the insult has likewise abused and insulted us ALL and who should be made to pay the price.
