We had someone join who basically spammed us.

Our threads are about a wide range of things. Since many of us are young and from the same school, there's a lot of familiarity and casual posting; however, as shown by the fairly large political sections, if a debate starts we do join in.
It's just that we don't tend to disagree much, so debates don't tend to start. :-/

Because I, or anybody else for that matter, see thro' your squirming to avoid the consensus truth of AGW, (because you seem to think it will weaken your case against the EU), you then accuse me (us) of being anti- EU.

In my case, that is not true - (and that is not to imply that the others you accuse of being anti-EU for those reasons are anti-EU - I simply don't know). My suggestion in post#19 was that by contacting others, perhaps regarded more neutrally by yourself, and if they chose to admit some or all of the extra-forum contact I may have had with them, you might realise that I had chosen to fight the EU in a different and hopefully more fruitful way than is your approach.

You used the excuse of 'insult' to stop answering questions I placed to you months ago - I seem to recall it was after I suggested your 'bum' was hurting from sitting on the AGW fence for so long. This was also about the time that you & others were exploring 'amusing' variations in my forum name.

If you were insulted by my comment, why haven't you publicly condemned the offensive language used by several of your mates here - (see recent complaints)?

If you can't take it - don't give it.

I am not angry at all - it's the debating fall-back tactic by the 'loser' to accuse the other person of being angry or arrogant when the loser cannot support their arguments with facts.

a) with Britannist I'm trying to point out (yet again) the error of his accusations.
