Drug dealer breaks into prison!

To say that this is disgraceful is a massive understatement.

Unfortunately nothing is like to change.

Luxuries should not be allowed in prison (Ie. TV, computer games, chocolate etc). Prison should be basic meals, basic health care and skills training. Prisoners should not be released on 'days out' or weekend releases. Prisoners should not be released early for good behaviour - they should be released late for bad behaviour. Everything on the 'outside' should be of a better quality that what you can get 'inside'.

Drugs should be eliminated from prison.

And we should not be spending more per meal on prisoner's meals than we do meals for school children!

That should be the first part. The second part should be a prep school for reintegration into society. Education, skills and a second chance. They can make it a portion of the sentance right at the end. If they choose to throw that back, then they can go back into proper prison for double the time.
