In the event that scotland grabs what it can from the Union and goes independent, should we in England ask all scotchies here to return up north to their bonnie hames?
A yes or no will suffice, with an explanation but definately no lib dem type fence sitters whilst waiting for an "unsure" option. bnp can take part once they have worked out between them just what is required to take part in this. |

Depending on how many generations you'd take this down, you'd probably be losing me to Scotland. I'm sure there are those who would not miss me.

I did make the point of saying "ASK",I had no intention of indicating that my theoretical question was a demand.
Those who would stay in the "UK" would be deemed as pro the Union,I presume. |

No, if they've chosen to leave Scotland to reside in England so be it. There's no shortage of English folk in Scotland either.

So,Scotland go independent and remain in the EU,with the rest of the UK eventually becoming independent of the EU?
Would EU Citizens entering the UK from Scotland need visas and/or visitor and work permits for the UK,or should they be/not allowed to enter the UK Borders freely at will? |

I don't think so N.
The United Kingdom as it is known consists of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland which equates to England,NI,Scotland and Wales along with some of our Islands. So,Scotland is only a small part of the UK(8.36%). |

Scottish independence is dissolution of the 1707 Act of Union. Anything after that is null and void. We're back to pre-1707. |
