Served some well, others not so.

The market is capable of serving nearly all well.

A strong Nationalistic state curricula is needed one that served us well up to the 1960's and 70's.
It didn't serve you well. Curricula is the nominative, vocative and accusative plural of curriculum. Latin is not your strong point is it? Res ipsa loquitur.

Might I be so bold as to point out that there should be some form of punctuation between 'curriculum' and 'one'? The 1960s and 1970s are plural nouns and not possessives. Did you study English?

The curriculum appears to have been poor with regards to the basics.
