I meant potential employers could think you fickle if you apply for a job with them, when you have only been in this job a few weeks.
I was not aware your new job was part-time, that makes all the difference. I am sure other employers would consider you if the reason is not enough hours in your current post. Velcro back refers to somebody who is stuck to their bed and unable to get to work on time. |

If you “jump” from a job, especially if starting out, you can very often get away with it by claiming that you didn’t really want the job that you had, but you wanted to sit at home just claiming benefit even less.
That way such an early change can actually be turned very much to your advantage at an interview though you might be asked what it is about the job you’re being interviewed for that makes it so much closer to what you DO want than the last.

Why would I not want a job? When they pay you to do tasks, sometimes you have to stop being sooo picky and lower your expectations for a little while. ![]()

I wonder how long it will be before I get my P45? Has she even bothered to contact Head Office, doubt it.
