Currently got a second interview at Pizza Hut and today I had an interview at Poppins.

The lady at Poppins said she would let me know this coming Friday, so if and when I can establish my working routine at Pizza Hut I can see if I can do a few days/hours at Poppins to try and raise some cash to move closer to the town centre (quite costly private renting figures), but to do that in a short amount of time I would have to rent private (no smokers, no pets, no DSS) or bully my Mum into popping down to see a certain timid relative and see if both of us can move in...Then there's the issue of learning how to drive and thinking about that Payroll course. *Sigh* busy, busy.busy....

Work For Free.
Current mood: angry

Worked for a couple of days for Pizza Hut, Arthur Street delivery/takeaway place under the illusion of me getting paid and signing off JSA for good.
Turns out after all my hard work, Ravi can’t afford to pay me and had to let me go. On Wednesday I am going to sent my Mum in there and see if he’s willing to take anyone else on in the role of Receptionist, if he is then that just proves my suspicions and then I will have to report back to my advisor at the Jobcentre, becuase if I don’t and let it slide he will just to it to someone else and then I will be just as bad as he is.

Unless you have been paid for the work that you have done PLUS pay in lieu of notice you should go PDQ to the job center AND the citizens advice people as you may well be in a position to take the guy if not to the cleaners at least to his local cash point.
