I doubt a Ph.d scholar whose book is on the New York Best Seller list, and assigned as part of a college-level course, would cite statistical evidence gathered at the point of a gun. you forgot to mention that didn't you? However please continue to reveal your freefall from reality for everyone to see, whenever reality doesn't fit the fantasy world of you and your friend. Of course the book is totally wrong, all the statistical work gathered from about 15 countries is erroneous, and only you and your reality-phobic friend know the truth. Funny that.
