I was referring to euthanasia, which could be considered suicide rather than murder.

I think you will find the Bible takes a rather diffrent view and it is a bit riddiculous for the Church to say oh ok we will say euthanansia is ok.

Then the bible is wrong.

Furthermore, I never even claimed that the churches have to say euthanasia is okay. They don't think adultery should be made illegal, but they still say it is immoral - which is fine. There is a severe difference between being violent by imposing your will on others and teaching, freely, that something should or should not be done.

I am really beginning to question how moral a Christian can be if they profess that others do not have the right to self ownership - which to do so is a violent philosophy in itself. Supporting the illegality of consensual acts is an act of violence and any church/mosque/temple/etc that does so is a violent organisation. No ifs no buts.
