This is why politics and religion shouldn't really mix. We are going to end up with the PM saying thousands of religious messages to keep us all happy!

EDIT: I suppose there is really no harm in politicians giving a message of goodwill, but all I can see is this snowballing into a bigger issue (as evident by the two posts above me).

I remebr John Major adressing the nation via TV just as he commited us to war in Iraq. At the end of the broadcast he said Goddnight and God Bless You, I suppose if a PM said that today he would be accused of bias against other faiths so far has this country fallen!
