US TV Networks available live online...

I think the US have changed their time so that we are currently an hour closer to them for the moment. I can therefore see Fox and CBS from San Francisco an hour ahead so that Seinfeld is showing on Fox at time of writing rather than at 2.30am previously. I can access that via the TVU player. Does anyone have links to live network TV closer to New York using a comparable player??

I wonder what are the costs to me for watching in this way. I don't currently see any disadvantage but surely there must be some terrible computer related cost/risk to downloading live US network tv?
