The BBC is full of Guardian readers who dislike this country and hate anyone who is proud to be English/British.

Yet they still want our money.

The very moment people were not forced by law to pay the Brussels Broadcasting Corporation the whole thing will come crashing down as its funds dry up.

I could never understand why Mrs. (now Lady) Thatcher (who the europhile BBC loathed) didn't tell the BBC to stop scrounging off the British public and that she was going to cut their money off and make them earn it.

So am I. Although it cannot be helped as the Sky fee is for distribution and the adverts support the channels. So the two are not linked.
