Political prisoner needs your help!

There is a prisoner being held at HMP Featherstone called Kevin Hughes, he is being held for an alleged crime of racial abuse
'BNP Worcester Organizer, Kevin Hughes, who managed the successful local campaign in Redditch resulting in the election of a BNP councillor, has been jailed for 2 1/2 years by Worcester Crown Court.

His crime was to ask an Iraqi Kurd where he had come from.

The Iraqi took offence and complained to the Police about racial harrassment, then lied and accused Kevin of hitting him.

There were no marks whatsoever on the Iraqi to suggest that he'd been hit.
The judge said that despite there being no witnesses and no factual evidence, he intended to impose a custodial sentence "because we can't have people going around making racial remarks about other people".
In essence, Kevin has been imprisoned despite the fact that the prosecution could supply no evidence to prove the "crime".

British Law entitles one to the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. Kevin Hughes has had his rights and liberty taken away from him purely for being a member of the BNP. This is a vindictive judgement, a travesty of justice and a dark, sinister day for the rights of the British people.'
The fact he was imprisoned seems not only ludicrous, but almost dangerously political, compare his (alleged) crime with those from ethnic minorities on whites (or other ethnic's) and you will see how unfair this sentence is!
You can write to this political prisoner at Featherstone Prison.
He received over 1000 Christmas cards from all over the world, so he hasn't been forgotten but any correspondence would help.

I dislike the BNP, that's nothing worth hiding.

However there is, given this being true, no reason to imprison him.

The BNP make up so many lies, I don't believe a word they say. I bet there is more to it than this.
