You have been out with a Woman who watches the news?
What sort of stupid question is that? Of course I have.
Ive been out with quite a few women and not one of them has ever showed an interest in watching the news.
I'm more fond of women who read the news. Broadcast journalism tends to irritate me.

If they went 50-50 on the house then the money from the sale should be 50-50.
But the wealth they came into the partnership with should be what they get on seperation.

But if they bought things together without being 50-50 on the items but they lack the receipt to verify who paid what...

How can they split it fairly without knowing what "fair" is?

50-50.
Read what I said.

"But if they bought things together without being 50-50 on the items but they lack the receipt to verify who paid what..."

How can the know what fair is?

The price wasn't 50-50, why should the split be?

Ugh. I'd have to really, really like a woman to stomach hearing about that rubbish any more than I do already.

Assuming that their present wealth is the sum of their former wealth plus a little extra, sure. If they've lost money, however, should what little is left be divided proportionally to what they came in with or down the middle?
