Best thing to do with Africa? Stop giving them money.

The situation in Africa is extremely complex and partially based on the demolition of tradition by "Western" technologies, culture and domination.

Condoms would be of some assistance to the situation, but not enough. What is required there is far more extensive. The African nations require time without poverty in order to sort things out.

When you are fighting for resources like food, water, money and so on, for your survival, sitting down for a peace talk seems like a stupid thing to do. It won't get you money, food or water.

How are your knuckles? How do you stop them from becoming grazed as you walk along?

Now, now. Just because he prefers realism to fantasy doesn't mean he doesn't indulge in one or both. It's the hasty generalisations that really bog his would-be arguments down. Particularly when it's clear in this case that many Africans are, in fact, interested in such things.

Take a look at whats happening in South Africa.
Civilisation to Barbarism to see before the world.
Its happened in every African country since de-colonisation.
