Is this how you would run the country if got in power? similar to New Labours dictatorship?

It seems you are quite concerned of the EDP, so much so that you feel the need to create a Poll that is unfairly proccessed against them.

When some one is frightned they lash out in a similar way.
You all seem to have taken this too seriously. I think mkpdavies was making a serious point in a humorous way.

If this is your idea of progressing our Country you should consider coming out of the trees, trying to walk upright and take up fart lighting competitions as they are more productive.

Disgusted of Worcester.
Your right, how does a party claiming to represent the UK justify itself with this English bashing????

As if to reinforce the point, you peddle the usual victim mentality about 'English bashing' when in fact the thread is about a specific party - the EDP - not about the English. It is the height of arrogance to assume that the EDP speaks for the English. It is quite breathtaking to assume that an attack on the EDP is equivalent to 'English bashing'.

Get out of the victim mentality first and we might have a sensible conversation.

Because you (the EDs) spam the site constantly.

You really do have a keen interest in the EDP don't you.

Just log on here http://www.englishdemocrats.org.uk/ and you will find the explanation you are looking for.

Therefore, I am not sure what 'break up' you mean in 1) This policy would not seem to require dismantling the UK. On the other hand, to the extent that it is based on the status quo, it does not preclude it.
I think the phrase "does not preclude it" is an understatement. EDP commenters on this forum (including the esteemed "English Democrat") regularly talk about English independence. They go so far as to suggest that anti-EU activists should support them because an independent England would mean that the UK no longer existed and hence we would not be in the EU. (A false argument, incidentally.)
Many of the English public voted for independance, thats why some EDP members may mention independance, as we listen to what the people of England want and give them a voice.

68% of the English public just voted in the Telegraph poll, in favour of an English parliament!

We are supported by the majority.
