I don't think the voters at Dunfermline are sleazy, just politically inept.

How can anyone who believes in any political philosophy, suddenly change from moderate socialist (Labour) to puffy-pansy type wishy-washy Liberal in the course of several months? Don't these people believe in anything except their own debt-fuelled existance?

I don't think that it is fair to blame the electorate. They have been presented with three main parties who are largely similar, and there is clearly an anti-Tory sentiment there.... leaving the Lib Dems as the only alternative to Labour.

And the Lib Dems are mild socialists, not liberals, and probably closer to Old Labour than New Labour is...

it is also worth noting that the Tories had a candidate parachuted in from North Avon (as I recall) agains the wishes of the local conatituency based on Vapid Cameroon's determination to use genital arrangements not intelligence as criteria for Tory PPCs thus insulting ALL intelligent women!

The Labour party also had a candidate forced on them thus causing something of a revolt and 2 candidates thus many refused to vote.

The Lib.Dims. as ever received around 80 percent of their vote from people who thought they were voting Liberal. They also received a strong flourish from a foray of ancestor worship showing that 100 years ago a Liberal from the constituency was Prime Minister which since nothing happened during his tenure in 1906 everyone had long ago forgotten him.

UKIP made a huge contribution to the other parties by announcing a particularly stupid suggestion for a Scottish Parliament having campaigned strenuously against its existence UKIP dispatched Batman and Chocolate Button to launch a vaulte face that leaves UKIP Policy in tatters.

A problem of launching policy without consultation now means that UKIP is in the farcical position where they have upset the Scots by preaching in favour of a Scottish Parliament at the very time they have started to realise it is a disaster and UKIP compounded it by publishing a document showing they were so out of touch they didn't even understand The West Lothian Question raised by tam Dayell nor was there mention of either The Barnet Formula or even of:
Scotland a Country in these United Kingdoms but just a Region in the EU.
The slogan UKIPScotland was seeking to sell with 'some' success in the past.

This now leaves UKIP in the farcical position of aiding the EU!

UKIPWales is on the verge of rebellion in that their one clear hope of achievement is and always has been, albeit seriously damaged over the last few years for lack of clear guidance and leadership, the concept of Abolish the EU's Assembly and remove a layer of useless politicians.

Now having made unarguable asses of themselves the leadership could find themselves in the EU Position of Regionalising Britain for the EU!

UKIP will clearly be working for the EU and assisting Vapid Cameroon if they try to save face by pretending they intended to suggest an English Parliament as part of a policy - that ain't policy that is suicide!

Will UKIP's policy then be to grant Cornwall, Monmouthshire and Yorkshire Parliaments too? If not why not because of course an English Parliament will garner no votes because the English Democrats got there first and anyway as Robin will tell you most of their votes come from disgruntled Lib.Dims. who wouldn't vote UKIP if they were buggered.

Batman & Roger MUST GO before they destroy UKIP.

The aim is not to help the EU and the Tories but to:
GET BRITAIN BACK FOR STRONGER LOCAL GOVERNMENT
THROUGH A SMALLER WESTMINSTER PARLIAMENT

We must congratulate Ian for his tenacity despite the efforts of the leadership to destroy UKIPScotland.

In passing well done the local issue candidate Tom Minogue who without a party machinery or the uninformed parachuting in to aid the enemy managed to get almost twice UKIP's vote - showing a lead for UKIPLocal.
