......£31,000 car. lived on benefits for 20 years, and believes deportation for extremists is unfair.

He also claimed he has no wish to stay in Britain, but his family would suffer if he was deported.

"If they want to change the law and say that people who are here must live within the framework of those rules, then that is fine," said the 45-year-old cleric.

"But they cannot punish people by backdating it for 20 years or so.

"That is not a smart or fair system. Tony Blair should have charged me years ago if that was the case. He did not because I had done nothing wrong."

Bakri also claimed he had tried to dissuade affected young Muslims from carrying out terror attacks in Britain, by telling them that under Islamic law it would be wrong to target a country in which they were living.
Slightly twisted logic at the end there, but his argument is not unreasonable. Laws are NOT backdatable, but has anyone suggested that they should be?

Okay, let him do and say as he wants, let's praise him and his followers, let's have a whip round on here as his state benefit isn't enough, let the state system for extremist muslims. Let the NHS be for muslims. Thank goodness the majority of UKIP party members I've met are not of the view of the minority on here.
Thank goodness to Blair for these proposals
• Deporting foreigners who foster hate, or advocate or justify violence.

•Throwing out those linked to extremist websites, groups, bookshops or centres.

• Banning foreign extremist preachers from Britain.

•Closing mosques and places of worship if used for 'fomenting extremism'.

•Outlawing worldwide the condoning or glorifying of terrorism.

• Refusing asylum to anyone linked to terrorism.

• Stripping citizenship from extremist naturalised Britons.

• Banning extremist Islamic groups Hizb ut Tahrir and Al-Muhajiroun.

If he's on benefits, just send him on a JobClub week ("Okey dokey pig in a pokey") like they do with everyone else. He'll soon leave the country if he has to attend those all the time.

If this lazy ******* has several "wives" plus 7 kids, Sons-in-Law and Daughters -in-Law are we paying for them all or are some of them making separate claims as well as the £300k he has claimed?

These parasites on society are non contributers who are inciting treason and therefore need to be removed from our Country immediately, not after 10 years or so of appeals. NOW!

If you are a Terrorist in this Country and you are found to be guilty you should be sorted out, once and for all,in one fell swoop, the confiscation of all your posessions and property and even that of your family members should take place as Law if found to be in any way involved.

This also includes the Deportation of all Torrorists and family members.

This is real ammo for the Britain is a soft touch proponents.

Britain obviously is a soft touch. Still, at least I now understand why taxes are so high.

Get rid of him, and his b****y family.

I don't care if we send him back to a country that tortures him, or sentences him to death. He shouldn't be here and we shouldn't be paying to keep him in comfort.

We are a laughing stock. ****** human rights, what about our rights.

He is registered disabled because of an injury to his leg during his childhood, and was recently supplied with a £31,000 Ford Galaxy under the Motability scheme.
I've got chronic swelling in my legs and it's painful everytime I walk, and they wont even give me a Blue Badge. It p****s me off chronic.

It's one rule for one..........

Who cares if his family will be hard up if he gets sent back, my mum had to bring up 3 children on her own, that is difficult.
