Regarding the above. Brown is in something of a quandary. He is Socialist to the core, even more than TB. The dilemma he faces is that he has to give the appearance of running the economy well to get Labour elected again. However, to achieve convergence with the Euro he must secretly try to f*** up the economy to bring us down to the level of the rest of the EU. He has done this by stealth taxes and imposition of taxes which will come in retrospectively after the election. |
