I was thinking of putting myself forward for election to the NEC of Liberty, but it requires two other people to be members of Liberty as a proposer and seconder. So if anyone is already a member, or wants to become a member in the next day or two, and wouldn't mind proposing me, let me know please.
http://www.liberty-human-rights.org....ng/index.shtml Liberty has many principles in common with UKIP, and our policies are by far the closest to theirs. However, the leadership in Liberty are vehemently prejudiced against UKIP, and I would like to change that. Hence a presence on their NEC would be a useful tool in our cause. |

I didn't get the application form until just before Christmas (despite applying as soon as it was announced!) and a combination of a skiing holiday and reticence from a certain local UKIP member meant that I couldn't get the form in on time. My fault mostly however.
