Simply that we cannot go back to how things were - we have to consolidate and make friends, but we shouldn't just rely on old associations to see us through....... we have to expand our influence and allies 2 An ' ally " Against whom this time and for what ? By ally, I mean friend........ no for or againt intended - just countries and organisations we can trade, communicate with and be considered friends |

I may be naive but surely we should trade with whoever is useful to us. In my opinion the only people we shouldn't deal with are the known nasties of this World. But let us look after the home market first. British farms in the distant past used to produce for the farm and sell the surplus.
In my opinion we should get back to that way of business. The present day of businesses having to expand to increase profits for share holders can only go on for so long, before it implodes. We cannot go on expanding without it all ending in tears! The present situation of building new towns for an imported population will end in worse than tears! |
