Default Serious questions requiring serious answers please.

Serious questions requiring serious answers please.

Just supposing you were given a website with pop3 e-mail to be used solely for the promotion of the UK's withdrawal from the UE and you were given a free hand as to its content and design:

1. How would you make best use of this resource?
2. What would be its content?

A board with all the relevent meetings/demonstrations/opposition meetings etc so people can go and support/hijack it.

A flash movie competition for use in viral campaigns (yes I do keep on).

Amusing cartoons and images section.

Check out the following sites for stuff I would like to see.

www.kontraband.com
www.ebaumsworld.com
www.bushflash.com

Bushflash has an amazing amount of hits. I would have a little email box at the end for people to join UKIP or whatever too.

I would steer clear of letting people comment freely on the site, there are other such places for that!

An editorial of some sort, kept up to date regularly, so even if there are no new cartoons or animations, people wouldn't feel like they have wasted there time visiting.

Enforcer is just starting out
Default

We at bolton branch registered our own domain name and set up our own email server which I did myself.

After demands from head office and a regional meeting I went to not to create a website I just redirected it to look at the ukipnw.org website

so there isnt any suppose about it .

If indeed I had been able to it would have been more interactive with those who came to visit it with a dedicated forum .

The UKIP website reminds me of all shop no policy ant the policy there is is all EU..I know it was our main aim but no wonder people cant relate to it. its a far too complex issue to promote without losing interest fromt he reader.

I would have had headline stories like the reg website they have far more impact

www.theregister.co.uk

With links to more invoilved political topics.

The ukip website is far too busy...

Blimey! That would be a full-time job keeping it up to date!

Not very useful that. A well under-used resource it appears.

Personally I don't like the index page of the 'Register' site.
Headline stories - yes.
Not all E.U. - agreed.
However, what my opinion is matters not, all comments/suggestions will be passed along.
We may get something or nothing ...

Thanks for all your replies.

We now have a website:

http://www.anti.eu.com

And y'all couldn't ask for a better domain name than that
