Does anyone else know if candidates have given money to the party? Has anyone got a candidate list?

I really don't think he'd need to do that! He was the UKIP lead candidate for the NW in the 1999 Euro elections - very nearly got elected - and then he co-wrote the party's 2001 general election manifesto. Given his record it would have been astonishing if the members in the NW hadn't elected him as lead candidate for the NW in 2004, and of course they did. I was delighted that he then went on to win an MEP seat so convincingly. It seems that he's been pretty generous in donating cash to the party, too.

Good luck to him! He's one of the good guys.
