UKIP MAN is just starting out
Default Go on EDUKATE me.. Stay in Europe?

Go on, Educate me on the reasons why we, the citizens of the UNITED KINGDOM should stay in Europe (European Union), I myself think that the main reason for not being in Europe (European union)is the fact that we have lost control over everything and every part of our daily lives.

This question is to all those people that are surfing this site, especially for those who think that I, as a supporter of The United Kingdom Independence party are some kind of political ignorant right, left whatever fool that should go away and crawl under a Rock where I belong. But I am not, I am (I believe) a normal every day citizen of England which is part of Great Britain also known as the United Kingdom, This I believe is part of a landmass known as the continent of Europe.

I went to a meeting, which was staged, by the Democracy Movement at Langtons hall Hornchurch, Essex, England, etc. There were two speakers for and two against, in his ten-minute introduction, one of the speakers who spoke for Europe (European union), most of the reasons he gave went over my head (pretty pointless) Although one of his facts has embedded itself INTO phpbb_my brain. This fact is unbelievable; it's to do with TRACTORS, in all of the various countries, which are part of the landmass of Europe they all have different regulations to do with the manufacture of the said product, in some countries they have to have a escape hatch on the top, some do not. Some have a difference in the distance between the wheels and also some have differences in the size of the wheels.

Woe this- is- a- disaster, this is a job for all those highly paid MEP's (MEUPs) to sort out,
This is a very good reason for somebody in another country to stick his or her (I've got a PC spellchecker (I put their) it changed it to (his or her)) nose INTO phpbb_the running of MY country.

I have also noticed that the people on the side of the EU, they don't seem to have any printed material for you to read. Is it because they don't want to write anything that could be called a lie?

So go on this is your chance, Edukate me and all the other people that view this site on the reasons for staying in Europe (European Union):!: :!: :!: :!:

The escape hatch on tractors came about a few years ago because of the large number of people killed when tractors turn over. The wheel base and width along with the sizes of the wheels are for different ground types, conditions and inclines. What I find of more interest when on "The Continent"is the fact that all the land workers and farmers are still using the mule, horse and donkey for power. What do they spend their annual subsidies on if not on tractors and modern equipment like our farmers do?

Really, I thought it would be obvious to any thinking person that it is most important that all farm tractors operating on EU controlled land should possess identical characteristics and all should be designed to the same specifications for this will be most advantageous (and far, far safer) when ground types, conditions and inclines within the said EU controlled land also are demanded to adhere to common values.

'Tis all about harmony or some thing.

All together now:

Don't forget the working time directive to save you from getting repetitive strain injury. You can only sit on your tractor for two hours at a time. That, together with the lousy weather, should stop you getting your harvest in.

Economic Prosperity.

I know UKIP have this idea that if we leave the EU, they'll be quite happy to set up a free trade agreement with us. Which, in principle, sounds like a plausable policy.

But it was pointed out to me by someone that Norway have a similar agreement in place. But as part of that agreement they have to accept all the rulings of the EU (at least on trade issues) but have no say of their own!

Is that what UKIP want for us? When will you guys realise that a free trade area with us is in our benefit more than theirs, this means they have the upper hand in negotation.

So what will it be? Will it be staying in the EU and have a real say over the issues that matter? Or will it be leaving the EU, but have to accept anything the EU then tells us but can't have our own say?

No brainer really isn't it?

Just like the American market, just like the Japanese market just like any other market in the world. It makes very little difference in reality and the disadvantages of all the useless regulations and costs far outweigh any benefits. Also, Britain could get a bit nasty itself and make the EU jump through hoops too if they wanted to play that game, as we buy more than we sell, the EU would be mad to go down that route. As the EU accounts for just 10% of Britains economy, even if the EU was totaly stupid, we would not suffer that much. Indeed we would be free to trade with who we want to again, rather than turning our backs on the commonwealth as we so shamefuly have now.

What???
A free trade area is in everyone interests, that's why we all want it, and thats why the WTO is forcing the WHOLE WORLD down that route anyway. Try to see the big picuture instead of being so inward looking all the time. Europe is just one small contienent, Britain is a global looking nation!
