Junius on UKIP: UKIP: Colin Denby Speaks out

I ain't trying to be funny, but isn't Nick Hogan a convicted criminal, recently out of stir?

Such people Farage chooses as his acolytes!

Looks like Mr Lance-Watkins has gained another mug to churn and spit out. Anyone who associates with Lance-Watkins should not have any part to play with UKIP. Of course if Mr Denby had been protected by Farage the hate and filth blogs would have gone to town in denouncing him. Mr Denby seems to lack that simple understanding of how they operate. C'est la Vie.

Once I had the privilege of going on holiday with one of the leading dissidents of the Soviet Union around the time the Berlin Wall fell. He was a criminal in his own country as well. Junius is a small man compared to him.

Its hilarious when anti-UKIPpers find themselves a new cause celebre. Especially one that contradicts criticism applied to UKIP recently.

Mr Denby has used what we believe to be racist language and yet he is defended by the Junius and Watkins crowd. Watkins has gone as far as to say Denby has been 'shabbily treated' and the perceived lack of due process has been highlighted.

So cast your mind back to the Godfrey Bloom story about him referring to Robert Mugabe as a baboon. We were treated to cries that Farage should turf Bloom out of the party. Funny how no-one wanted due process with Bloom, nor was Watkins talking about how shabbily he was treated.

Without knowing what Denby has said (I note that UKIP have decided not to throw him to the wolves by revealing what it was that was said), he has stated that he has used could be described as 'politically incorrect and racist', or in short, its a matter of interpretation, rather like Bloom's crass remark.

So can I ask Denby or his new friends - why not tell us what you said and let us decide whether it is racist language?? Or is Denby not prepared to test the waters?? For me, the most worrying part of Denby's 'defence' was his comment that what he said took place in a 'private conversation' - is he saying that so long as what he said took place in private, that's OK?

And as IUKIP has highlighted earlier, now that Justin Adams is slopping out, Greg Lance Watkins needs to find a new patsy who's life he can destroy. As one door closes, another opens. Step in Mr Denby.

Word of advice to anti-UKIPpers - when criticising apparent racism by one person, do not defend racism by another just because he has fell out with UKIP. Because that shows glaring hypocrisy and shows that you will defend anyone who falls out with UKIP. Jeez, if Jozef Fritzl emailed them and said he hated Farage, he'd be lauded as a new hero by these clowns

Its nothing to with racism-its whether or not a member can be sacked and sacked as a candidte on the basis of a phone call to Nigel Farage and that the party's constitution and rules are not followed.
Various Labour Mps were accused of fraud etc but the Labour party followed its discipline procedures with due process, natiral justice, oppurtunity to rebut etc.

Yeah right. You're defending Mr Denby now - I can't imagine you, GLW or Junius being as defensive of him if UKIP decided to keep him on as a candidate, would you?? Of course not, so please don't start getting all pious on us.

I might have known this would have been pinned on Farage eventually. Is there anything you will not blame on Farage?

They will probably blame him for receiving his own death threats before too long, or have they already done that?

There needs to be due process, but presumably immediate suspension by a party leader, pending an inquiry, is reasonable and necessary in situations of this sort.

Mr Lance-Watkins doesn't seem to take kindly to those 2 gentlemen.
