Some people in Kernow (namely the local branch of the Celtic League) are trying to ban the sale of English flags in shops in the run up to the world cup. These people have been misinformed.

It is not England that is the oppressor against Kernow but the British government. Its the British government that has failed to deal with the issues we in Devon and Cornwall face and who give preference over us to the devolved authorities in Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland and London.

If any flag should be banned its the Union flag and not the cross of St. George.
