Youth Parliament should be paid for through subscription fees by the MYP's.
Well that's not how the Government see it, We are volunteering our own time. We should not be paying to be members to do a service to our people.

How about going out and doing something valuable for the community? Like going out and helping the homeless, or do you not have homeless people up there?

That would mean the Yoof Parlaiment are doing something useful, therefore I can't see it happening any time soon.

It was the leadership who took the website down, not Simon - Visit YourBNP for the proof.

Oh please, if you want to do a service to people find your local scout group and become a Young Leader, that would be valuable work.

In my mind, sitting in meetings and shows in order to get a free holiday in Malawi is NOT a service to the people, it's just a bunch of greedy kids ripping off the community.

I quite agree actually, I am all for young people getting involved in politics, I think such things as a Youth Parliament should be funded, but through donation, the parents of those who want to be in it should fund it, if local business wants to help thats good and a website for donations would be good too.

I agree with you there. It must be kept at at least 18.

Yes, because as the powers that be well know, the non-British population amongst younger people is much higher due to disproportionate foreign birthrates. What a disgrace.

Yes they should, however at the moment they do not have to pay for it. And these MYP's get free holidays in Malawi as well.

How about you gave that money that you so greedily take in to go on a Holiday to the the elderly in poverty-stricken areas of your consituence instead Austin?

    An answer please.
