    Why ban linking directly to the BNP website, which I wouldn't have thought was 'racist'. Is this because of the 'turf war' which may have broken out?

    I think that we are all old enough and ugly enough to work out when someone is overstepping the mark in terms of abuse or racism. The specific rule on insults is in relation to other posters on the forum, while the general rule on racism is with regard to general comments. It gets a special mention because it is prevalent amongst certain political groups and I want it very clear that it won't be tolerated here.
